Privacy Policy
This website is about Icaro Moreno, a youth jiu-jitsu athlete. It is run by his parents ("we"). This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you send the contact form: the type of request, your name, email, and anything else you choose to add (phone, company or outlet, city, dates and your message). We use it only to answer you.
- Technical information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the site and protect it from spam and abuse. The form may run Cloudflare Turnstile, an automatic check that you're not a robot.
The site itself doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics, and it doesn't set cookies for visitors. A sign-in cookie is used only on the private admin page, for the people who manage the site.
Posts from other sites
Some news and sponsor posts are shown as Instagram or YouTube embeds. When one loads, Instagram (Meta) or YouTube (Google) receives standard information from your browser and may set their own cookies, under their privacy policies. Event dates are read by our server from Icaro's calendar; no visitor information is sent to the calendar service.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site and deliver your message: Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery) and the email provider of the inbox your message goes to. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Children
This site is about a young athlete and is managed by his parents. It isn't meant for children to send information. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the form. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox only as long as we need them to answer and follow up. Ask us anytime to see or delete what you sent.
Contact
